Fusion Chocolate Fondue

Is there anything more romantic than a chocolate fondue served in a ceramic pot over an open flame? In honor of Chinese Valentine’s Day, here is my recipe for chocolate fusion fondue. Sweet, sour, spicy and bitter come together in this recipe featuring gently heated chocolate and whipping cream, with cinnamon, five-spice powder and cognac enhancing the flavor.
