Chinese Food – Cooking Tip of the Week

Want an easy way to remove the smell of garlic or onions from your hands? Simply rub them over the chrome kitchen sink faucet and then wash with soap and water. This really works! It’s good to know how to get rid of “garlicky” hands if you plan to cook Chinese food on a regular basis – along with ginger and green onion (a cousin to garlic as both are members of the Onion family), garlic is one of the main ingredients used in Chinese cooking.
