Choosing Appetizers Based on Chinese Astrology - the Dragon

Wednesday February 4, 2004
"One of the most energetic signs of the zodiac, Dragon people are known for their enthusiastic natures. Despite the occasional emotional outburst or incident of “foot in mouth,” they are usually quite popular. On a less positive note, the Dragon’s faith in his/her own abilities can make him appear arrogant to others. In the workplace, employees may resent a Dragon boss’ need for perfection."
Recommended Appetizer: Gift-wrapped Chicken (also known as Silver Wrapped and Paper-wrapped Chicken). Make an extra effort to impress, using silver foil to wrap the chicken packages, and piling them high on a plate with extra cilantro sprigs for a garnish.
