How Many Calories in Chinese Food?

Sunday August 21, 2005
If you are planning to enjoy a lazy Sunday dim sum brunch, the Healthy Weight Forum has a chart with calorie counts for a number of popular Chinese dishes, including a few dim sum treats. Dieters can tuck into their deep-fried spring rolls, secure in the knowledge that each veggie-loaded roll has only 115 calories. The guide will also come in handy if you’re planning to order Chinese take-out during the week. (Tip: enjoy the sweet and sour prawns; steer clear of high-fat combination dishes).
