Mu Shu Chicken

Here’s a quick and easy variation on classic Mu Shu Pork – tortilla wraps are filled with stir-fried chicken breasts and coleslaw mix, with sweet and spicy hoisin sauce added for extra flavor. Leftovers taste great heated up for lunch the next day.
