Almond CookiesI was at the Asian grocery store yesterday, purchasing Chinese dates, peen tong brown candy, glutinous rice flour and other food to get ready for the New Year season. But before I tackle harder to make Chinese sweets, like Sesame Seed Balls, I’m going to start with easier to make baked items. These top 6 recipes for Chinese cookies, cake and other Chinese-inspired treats will add something extra to your holiday celebrations.
