Healthy Bok Choy Chicken Soup

This simple soup allows you to get all the nutritional benefits of bok choy without stir-frying. Feel free to increase the nutritional value of Bok Choy Chicken Soup by using homemade chicken broth, or adding cooked chicken or raw shrimp.

Recipe calls for a tsp of red pepper flakes and it’s HOT!! 1/4 tsp works much better. Really good with shredded chicken.
