The Chinese Answer to Bland Chicken

Chicken has a lot going for it: it’s high in protein, low in fat, and has an affordable price tag. Unfortunately, it can also taste rather bland, especially if you’re eating it two or more times a week. These recipes using skinless, boneless chicken breasts will put the flavour back into your chicken dinners. Many can be prepared in under thirty minutes - perfect for busy weeknights.
