Easy Vegetarian Finger Food – Vegetarian Potstickers

Saturday January 10, 2009
Looking for a vegetarian appetizer? Potstickers are those delicious Chinese dumplings that are pan-fried on one side and steamed on the other. This recipe for vegetarian potstickers is loaded with healthy vegetables and tofu and served with a simple soy and ginger dipping sauce. A reader who loved the recipe announced she was renaming it Tai Shan’s Favorite Potstickers after one of the pandas at the Smithsonian National Zoological Park. Apparently, Tai Shan is a big fan of bamboo shoots and carrots, two of the ingredients in the recipe. Thanks!
