Shawn shares his recipe for the westernized version of this dish – made with a white sauce - that is frequently found in Chinese take-outs. (Traditional Cantonese Shrimp With Lobster Sauce is made with Chinese salted black beans). The sodium count is fairly high, but you can reduce this by using low sodium chicken broth. Each serving has only 250 calories.
