Feng shui experts believe that optimizing the feng shui of our food can lead to improved energy and overall health. Balance is the key in this recipe - fresh shrimp are cooked in a flavorful sweet and sour sauce that is neither too sweet or sour, made with pineapple, brown sugar and soy sauce, seasoned with ground ginger. The result is a delicious dish with a harmonious blending of color and flavors. Serve Sweet and sour shrimp with cooked white rice or crispy noodles for a balanced meal.

I guess that I had never really connected feng shui and food before… interesting! In that case, there is probably a lot of feng shui that can be atrributed to many different fields of study – nutrition, health, etc… food for thought…lol!
