Yummy Five-spice Glazed Carrots

Saturday October 10, 2009

This simple side dish is perfect for colder autumn days, and a reader notes it's a great way to get kids to eat carrots! The secret ingredient in glazed carrots is five spice powder, available in Chinese/Asian groceries or in the spice section of most supermarkets. Serve glazed carrots at family dinners or on special occasions such as Thanksgiving.

my friends are making the same dish at our lunch party at work. We cook chinese dishes at the office in irvine (sears law building). The room can hold 50 people and our employer Steven Sears Attorney CPA gives us the best area for cooking and preparing our meal.
