Making Lo Mein With Ramen Noodles

Did you know that Ramen noodles originated in China? It's true - the word Ramen comes from the Japanese pronunciation of "Lo Mein." While they're more commonly associated with Japanese cooking, the distinctive wavy noodles can also be used in Chinese lo mein dishes. In this recipe for Pork Lo Mein, Ramen noodles are paired with marinated pork in a spicy sauce. Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein combines Ramen noodles and beef in an oyster-flavored sauce.
