A Properly Cleaned Wok Lasts Longer

Never use soap or an abrasive cleaner. Instead, wash the wok in hot water. If necessary, you can use a brush or nonmetallic scrubber to remove any particles of food sticking to the bottom. Wipe the wok dry with paper towels.
