(nineteenth lunar day of the second Chinese lunar month)

April 5, 2001
Ching Ming (Tomb-Sweeping Festival)
(Originally held on the third day of the third Chinese lunar month. It is now held on April 5th, except for leap years when it is held on April 4th.)

June 25, 2001 
- Dragon Boat Festival
(The Dragon boat festival falls on the fifth lunar day of the fifth Chinese lunar month, or May 27th in 2001. However, this year the official date for the festival is June 25th. You'll find an explanation behind the two dates on the Chinese Fortune Calendar site. )

October 1, 2001
- MidAutumn Festival
(fifteenth lunar day of the eighth Chinese lunar month)
