Chinese Joy Luck Restaurant, 3487 W 10th Street, (970 - 353 - 6838)
It is a small restaurant (maximum capacity is only seventy) and is mostly patronized by regular customers. The staff is very friendly, and at slow times you can see an older woman snapping beans at one of the corner tables. The hot and sour soup is spectacular, as is the egg drop. The lo mein noodles are some of the best I've ever had. The bean curd dishes are also wonderful.

I have always loved Chinese food and through the years I have eaten in many restaurants across the United States. This restaurant is run by a family that came to this country about eight years ago, bringing with them the best food I have ever found.
