I was a little skeptical about how authentic this would
taste, but I was blown away. My local grocer wasn't carrying peanut oil so I substituted it with vegetable oil. It was still delicious! From

Comments: This was absolutely awesome! I have looked for years for a recipe that tasted like authentic Chinese restaurant Sesame Chicken. This is it! My family is nearly addicted to this dish. Thumbs
up!

Comments: My family loves this recipe. They think it's as close as you can come to the Sesame Chicken they get at the Mall. I did cut down the amount of cornstarch in the sauce by about 25 percent, so it's not so thick and it warms up a little easier. Overall,
excellent.

Comments: This was really fun to make, and turned out as good as restaurant sesame chicken, if not better. The way the sauce turns from a liquid to a gel is
fascinating.

Comments: Very tasty. Overall, this recipe is excellent. It is very sweet even though I added more vinegar and less sugar. It has a somewhat gooey sauce, but less sugar reduces this.[br]

Comments: The sauce was too gooey -- otherwise, it was good. It could have been better in terms of being balanced out in terms of flavor -- it was a teeny bit sweet.
