Food Trivia Question

TRIVIA QUESTION: In French I am called mange tout or "eat it all". I am only eaten fresh, and my leaves are considered to be a delicacy. You'll find me in many stir-fried dishes and salads. What am I?

TRIVIA ANSWER: Snow Peas are also known as mange tout - possibly because the whole pod is cooked and eaten, not just the individual peas. (The name snow peas may come from the fact that they are picked in early spring, when snow is still on the ground.) Sweeter than regular peas, they are often used in stir-fried dishes.
