Fun Food Trivia

TRIVIA QUESTION: While some people refer to me as a sea slug, in French I go by the more romantic sounding "beche de mer." Meanwhile, my Chinese name, hai-shen, comes from the fact the Chinese consider me to be an aphrodisiac. What am I?

TRIVIA ANSWER: Sea Cucumber. A close relative of the sea urchin and sea star (although it resembles neither) this sea animal is considered to be an Asian delicacy. Besides reportedly being an aphrodisiac, it is also thought to help lower blood pressure. You'll find it in its dried form in soups.
