TRIVIA QUESTION: Born and raised in the United States, as a child I got lots of experience preparing Chinese food while helping out at my family's Chinese restaurant. After graduating from high school, I obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University. TRIVIA ANSWER: Ming Tsai. It was while working and training in Paris that Tsai got his first taste of Asian fusion cooking. His television show, East Meets West with Ming Tsai, can be seen on the Food Network. His restaurant, Blue Ginger, is located in Massachusetts.
