Food Trivia Question from the Oriental Oasis Newsletter

TRIVIA QUESTION: Born and raised in the United States, as a child I got lots of experience preparing Chinese food while helping out at my family's Chinese restaurant.  After graduating from high school, I obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University. But the lure of the kitchen was always there, and instead of becoming an engineer I headed to Paris to train at the famous Cordon Bleu cooking school. These days I'm busy hosting a successful television restaurant show, as well as running my restaurant that specializes in Asian fusion cuisine. Who am I? 

TRIVIA ANSWER: Ming Tsai. It was while working and training in Paris that Tsai got his first taste of Asian fusion cooking. His television show, East Meets West with Ming Tsai, can be seen on the Food Network. His restaurant, Blue Ginger, is located in Massachusetts.
