Salty Soybean Milk Soup

Made with sweet soybean milk, this northern Chinese dish is a popular item at street hawker stands.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sweet Soybean Milk (see directions for recipe link)
  • Crullers
  • Dried Shrimp
  • Szechuan pickled mustard greens
  • Pork sung (shredded dried pork)
  • Rice vinegar
  • Chili oil
  • Soy sauce 
  • Sesame Oil
  • Salt 
  • Add all the ingredients in the desired quantities

PREPARATION:

Place all the ingredients with the exception of the soybean milk into a medium size bowl. Pour the boiled soybean milk into the bowl and serve.
