Made with sweet soybean milk, this northern Chinese dish is a popular item at street hawker stands.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- Sweet Soybean Milk (see directions for recipe link)
- Crullers
- Dried Shrimp
- Szechuan pickled mustard greens
- Pork sung (shredded dried pork)
- Rice vinegar
- Chili oil
- Soy sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Salt
- Add all the ingredients in the desired quantities
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients with the exception of the soybean milk into a medium size bowl. Pour the boiled soybean milk into the bowl and serve.(This recipe is reprinted with permission from John Oldman's Recipe Archive)
