Tropical Freeze Drink - Syrup/Jam Drink

By Rhonda Parkinson, About.com

Makes one 16-ounce serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 TB "Milk Pudding Powder"
  • 1/4 cup of hot tea
  • 2 ounces of "fruit syrup" or 2 ounces "natural jam"
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 scoop of cooked Bubble tea tapioca pearls or jelly toppings

Preparation:

Add the powder and hot tea into a "Blendtec" blender.

Add the "Fruit Syrup" and crushed ice into the blender and mix until all the ingredients are well mixed.

Pour the mixed ingredients over the tapioca pearls or jelly toppings into the drinking cup. Use a fat straw to enjoy the smooth texture of the drink. Feel free to garnish with fresh fruit or whipped cream as desired.

For a sweeter flavor, add 2 tablespoons of "sugar syrup" (1 tablespoon sugar combined with 1 tablespoon water) or 2 tablespoons condensed milk.
