Sure, this drink was created for the month of March, when the sun starts to peek through the clouds, the days get longer and warmer, and you can’t help but start to think spring. But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it at home year-round! Bring the flavors of spring to your next meal with the delicious, refreshing Benihana Lychee Blossom cocktail. The floral fragrance and the sweet, delicate flavor of lychee fruit pairs beautifully with the tart pineapple found in the drink.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes


  • 1.5 (1 1/2) ounces Absolut Vodka
  • .5 (1/2) ounce St. Germain Elderflower
  • 2 ounces Lychee puree
  • .5 ounce Pineapple juice
  • .5 ounce Simple syrup


1. Add all the ingredients in a martini shaker with ice.

2. Shake until well combined.

3. Strain into a martini.

4. Garnish with lychee fruit.

5. Enjoy!
