Ingredients:
- 2 peaches, peeled, sliced and unseeded
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup soy milk (soy beverage)
- 1/2 cup juice from canned mandarin oranges
- 7-8 canned mandarin orange slices, rinsed
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serves 1 - 2.
