Snow Pea Shoots - Glossary of Chinese Ingredients and Cooking Terms

Definition: Snow pea shoots are the tips of the vines and the top set of leaves of the snow pea plant. They are considered to be a delicacy in Chinese cooking. They can be served raw in salads, quickly cooked in stir-fries, or blanched and used in soups.
