Here are a collection of my favorite pork stir-fry recipes, from Pork Chop Suey and Pork With Plum Sauce to Mu Shu Pork and Pork Fried Rice.

1. Cherry Pork Stir-fry

Pork is combined with sweet cherries and pineapple in this simple stir-fry.

2. Orange Pork Chop Stir-fry

Another way to jazz up pork chops - orange juice adds a burst of flavor to this recipe pairing sliced pork with nutritious baby bok choy.

3. Stir-fry Pork Chops With Sweet Red Bean Paste

Sweet red bean paste pairs nicely with pork. It is available in cans in Chinese/Asian markets.

4. Mu Shu Pork

The famous northern Chinese dish, served with mandarin pancakes and hoisin sauce.

5. Ants Climbing a Tree
