Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons red rice vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon hot chili oil
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar, or to taste
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 1 hour to give the flavors a chance to blend.
