A little tweaking, Member therolf

Excellent recipe, with a little tweaking. I used chicken broth instead of beef broth and increased the soy sauce to 1 tablespoon. Also added 1 tablespoon dry Sherry. For these of you, experiencing lumping of the corn starch, dissolve it in a little water and add before the sauce boils.
